Job Description: working as Admin Clerk for Facilities Maintenance Unit in Ras Tanura under Community Maintenance Division in Saudi Aramco, my duties carrying work flow in the office such as:
1. Prepare time sheet, ordering materials for work order and close them using SAP.
2. Prepare daily and monthly reports that show our backlog by using SAP.
3. Filing documents related to our unit and answer telephone inquiries.
4. Check materials and tools availability, description and price thru SAP.
